Returns & Cancellations Policy

As our candles are customised hand-made products, we have specific policies regarding returns and cancellations.

Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours of ordering: Full refund available. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.

After 24 hours: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds as production may have already commenced on your personalised item.

Manufacturing Errors

If we make a mistake with the wording or design, we will either:

  • Provide a full refund, or
  • Send a corrected candle via express post at our expense

Please provide photo documentation and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items Lost in Transit

For items lost during delivery, we require Australia Post confirmation. Mipin will lodge claims on your behalf and await compensation approval before issuing refunds. Please note that such circumstances are beyond our control.

Damaged Items

You have 48 hours from delivery to report any damage or defects. To process your claim:

  • Take photos of the damaged item
  • Contact us with documentation
  • Return the item in original, unused condition

Refunds cover product cost only, excluding shipping fees. Please note that minimal imperfections on the surface of the wax are not considered faulty - these are characteristic of handmade products.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds typically appear in your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
