3. Product Descriptions
As handmade items, our products may have slight variations in colour, size, and design due to manufacturing processes. Minor imperfections like small bumps or slightly uneven sides are expected characteristics of handcrafted items.
Proofing: Two free editing rounds are provided for personalized items, with 3 business days for each round. Additional changes may incur design fees ($0-$5).
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept multiple payment methods, all processed with encryption security.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped within the specified timeframes. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
6. Returns and Refunds
Custom products are generally non-returnable except as per our Returns Policy. Items damaged in transit receive product refunds only (excluding return shipping costs).
- Cancellations within 24 hours: Full refund available
- After 24 hours: No refunds offered
- Incorrect items: Contact us immediately for full refund or replacement via express shipping
- Damaged goods: Report within 48 hours with photos. Items must be returned unused.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mipin Australia is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products. Please review our Safe Candle Handling guidelines.
