We typically deliver items within 2 weeks after proof approval, unless you request earlier or later delivery. Easter candles ship within 3 days of purchase.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website.
Delivery Issues
Damaged items: Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. Take photos of the damage and contact us immediately.
Delays: In rare cases where there may be a delay due to insufficient supplies, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative solution.
Please note that minimal imperfections on the surface of the wax are characteristic of handmade products and are not considered faulty.
